I've been experiencing a bit of a plateau here the last couple of weeks. It is frustrating, and I want to get under 180 before the weekend. What I found with my body is I really need to keep moving on my light days, or I will plateau. My job basically calls for me to sit at a desk all day. I get home and find myself "Blogging" or posting on the Turbulence Training forums and only doing 20-30 minutes of interval training. I need to get up and move more, and I know the weather getting nicer will help with that.
The 501 Challenge is this weekend...these challenges make me nervous. They are tough!!
